COOKING PARTIES are a unique way to gather your friends and family together.  Together we'll plan the menu together and you can choose a specific cuisine, whether you'd like to create a full meal or Small Plates or Tapas. You and your guests may participate in the preparation and cooking or just observe.  At the end of the lesson you and your guests will enjoy the fruits of your labor. Each guest will leave with printed copies of the recipes we cooked.
So explore the possibilities and then, let's put together a party!

Tapas aka Small Plates

These make a great party!  Choose one cuisine or mix and match!  You put these recipes together and then serve them on a platter with a stack of small plates on the side.  Or serve each item on an individual plate.  You get the gist:  it's a party full of appetizers!  Recommended:  3 to 5 items per party.
